FAQs for Stationery and Invitations

Q:  How long do personalized items take to print?

A:  Our timeline for in-house invitations and stationery is 7-10 business days for proofs and printing.  We do offer a 24 or 48 hours rush production for a fee.  The first proof is complimentary and additional changes can incur added proof fees.  Please note that delays in proof approvals or multiple changes can result in a longer production time that originally quoted.

Q:  Do I need an appointment to order stationery or invitations?

A:  For stationery and party invitations, we invite you to drop in to place your order.  We are able to help you with your selection and details without an appointment.  You can expect 15-30 minutes to create just the right invite for your event!  For Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners and more elaborate events, we meet by appointment only to ensure that we have the dedicated time and attention for your event.  A $150 non-refundable consultation fee is collected at the time of the appointment and will be applied to your event invitation order.  There is a $50 charge for appointment no-shows.  These appointments take approximately an hour of time.

Q:  What methods of printing do you offer?

A:  We are able to offer digital, letterpress, thermography and engraved

Q:  Are you able to design stationery or invitations that reflect one's personal style or event?

A:  We specialize in designs that pull from the customer's inspiration in colors, graphics and art to create a customized look to reflects their vision and style.

Q:  How much can I expect to pay for a custom design or monogram?

A:  Our designs start at $75 for a custom monogram and a traditional custom crest starts at $150.  Other graphic design services are billed on a hourly basis.
