Q:  Where is your NEW location?

A:  After almost 30 years, our two-story building was sold in 2020.  With the lease ending in 2021, we made the decision to relocate within the Myers Park-Eastover neighborhood.  We have had a great response to our move from our customers for ease in parking, access & convenience.  We relocated in November 2021 to the shopping center next to the two-story Harris Teeter.  Our shop is in the same shopping center as Fancy Pants, Laura Park and Volo restaurant.

Q:  Do you offer complimentary gift wrap?

A:  The Buttercup has a long standing reputation for its gift wrapping.  Our Buttercup bows have become the hallmark of our gift wrapping for decades.  Despite the increase in packing costs, we continue to offer gift wrap on all full priced purchases over $15.  We gladly gift wrap for a small charge on sale and below the minimum purchases.

Q:  Do you offer embroidery/monogramming services?

A:  We offer monogramming services on items purchased in-store.  We have a great selection of colors and fonts.  We are also able to digitize specialty or custom monograms for an additional fee.  For items brought in from outside the shop, there is an additional $5 fee and a release of responsibility will be required.
